The Brothers Karamazov

This is my latest long term project! Michelangelo Iaffaldano and I have an eclectic repertoire of duets that come from many different genres: medieval, modern, vintage, sacred; in many different languages: Greek, Catalan, medieval Welsh, Catalan, Spanish (Cuba), French. We choose songs that we both love. That’s really the only criterion, except that the harmonies have to be really good – they have to add something to the song, and be satisfying with just two voices.

Here are a couple of examples! The first one is from a live gig at Relish on the Danforth (Toronto, ON)
